Erro ao adicionar rastreador no portal

Caros,

Está retornando um erro ao tentar adicionar novo rastreador no portal.
Estou à pouco tempo com vcs, mas ativei um plano para 3 unidades.
Como estou com 2 ativas, acredito que ainda estou no meu limite para mais uma, certo?

O erro:

Server Error in '/' Application.

Runtime Error
